Refund and Returns Policy

At Cheforra, our mission is to offer high-quality kitchenware backed by reliable service. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and cancellations applicable to orders placed exclusively on www.cheforra.com.

1. Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria:
  • All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be initiated from the 'My Account' section on the website.
  • The returned item must be in original packaging, unused, and in undamaged condition.
  • Upload the following at the time of raising a return request:
    • A clear image of the invoice,
    • A photo of the product (highlighting the issue),
    • A photo of the original packaging.
Returns Will Be Accepted If:
  • You have received a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product.
  • In such cases, Cheforra will replace the item at no additional cost.
  • Our logistics partner will pick up the product and return it to our warehouse.
  • Once inspected and verified, the replacement or refund process will begin.

Note: If your order is incorrect or incomplete, you must contact our support team via email at ecom@cheforra.com or call 9147713771 within 72 hours of receiving the order.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Please allow up to 15 days after product receipt at our warehouse for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
Ineligible for Returns:
  • Damages due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
  • Products with tampered packaging, labels, or missing components.
  • Incidental damages or defects not covered under manufacturer warranty.
  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products returned in a condition different from the one in which it was received.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you have placed an order by mistake and want to cancel it before shipment, please:
  • If your order has not been shipped:
    • It will be cancelled, and a full refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours.

Note: Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped.

4. Discretion Clause

The above policy is solely at the discretion of the company, Cheforra Private Ltd.

Cheforra Private Limited reserves the right to modify, update, or enforce this Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
